TIME: Daily class available from 6am to Midnight each day - you can complete each class at a time best suits you between these hours.
PRICE: $75pp or $150 for full business team access

I have long been a passionate believer in the gift of meditation, so you can imagine my delight when I returned to university to find that research across UK, Asia, Canada, Europe and Australia linked meditation with the strongest well-being benefits in the workplace. In fact, I was so delighted that my earliest days as a consultant (before the Little House of Big Things was built), were spent teaching meditation to burnt-out professionals.
Amongst its many qualities, regular meditation practice from a workplace perspective is known to provide:
- Increased focused
- Mood improvement
- Increased work satisfaction
- Improved creativity
- Improved performance
- Improved efficiency.
Personally, I find meditation to be most valuable during those times when heavy emotions, mental strain (big to-do lists) and high levels of uncertainty are present. A short but regular daily practice can help to ease that mental load, reconnect to myself, dissolve negative emotions, refresh my mind and body and invite in opportunity over challenge. In short, it brings calm, emotion regulation and inspiration.
Knowing this, I invite you all to join me for a morning meditation workshop broken up over eight days. This workshop has been designed to create the space in your life to re-connect and consciously move forward with intention. Each morning (excluding the weekend), I will upload a new guided meditation video and well-being reflection (20-40 mins each) which you can complete any time during that day. Each day will have a different work-life focus, and collectively they will support improved well-being. Please note, this has not been designed to include discussion and sharing as I want the state of meditation to carry through to your own personal day.
Although this is intentionally here to help bring relief through an emotionally tumultuous period, what I truly hope is that you will befriend meditation, and take it along with you every where you go!
